About:

Doobie is a cannabis delivery service that is currently active in five markets.

Objective:

Introduce Doobie to the New York market through a culturally relevant partnership that would drive press, build local brand awareness, and acquire new customers in a memorable and on-brand way.

Scope:

At Doobie, I led all partnerships and go-to-market strategies for all active regions- spearheading content mapping, influencer strategy, and partnership development.

I led the Doobie x Morgenstern’s campaign from end-to-end: ideation, partner pitch, creative briefing, execution, and launch.

Results:

  • 300% increase in social engagement and a 30% jump in followers

  • Significant new customer acquisition via tracked delivery codes

  • We sold out of custom “Doobie Scoobie Snacks” pints within 24 hours of launch

  • Secured multiple earned media hits, tying Doobie to a beloved NYC institution
